Cold Weather

By Rosidah Abidin

I took this picture around 8 o’clock this morning at our backyard. It has been cold and rainy for days and I was thinking about  some tips to share on this blog. Here are a few of them.

Health.com is a quite comprehensive site which gives vital health information with a human touch, like Quick Tips: Staying Active in Cold Weather.

Paul Hochman’s: 7 Tips to Stay Warm and Save Dough is a link on how to stay warm, avoid the chill, and keep your wallet safe from sudden leaks. Go on and read it!

Reed Berry’s: Rainy Weather Driving Tips reminds a rainy day can be refreshing, a walk in the rain can be romantic… but driving in the rain, however, can be quite dangerous. So he’s giving you some helpful tips.

Well, the following link actually isn’t a tip, but Entheos Free Resources’: Rain Effect Photoshop tutorial. You can also find a lot of other useful tutorials on this site.

Playing games is cool and entertaining. It may help you to maintain or recover  your strength and improve some of your skills. But there are certain people in life who really got drown into it. Stepping over the border without even realizing. Gaming has made them numb to their environments. It just isn’t healthy anymore.

Ron Khare has written an article about How To Beat Computer and Video Game Addiction. You can check for symptoms of addiction, learn steps to shatter the cycle of addiction and get some tips to help making transition easier.

So have fun, but don’t get lost :) ! Get a grip on your life.
